If Moving to New Computer, etc.

Had this issue come up on new installations
it's included in the Licensee Only forum and repeat here for convenience
  • First, be sure you have a separate license for the NEW computer
    • we provide additional temp licenses for moving, and additional license on request
  • Second, NOTE: If you have Office 32bit installed on your system, you will get the error:
    OLEDB error.png
    OLEDB error.png (13.99 KiB) Viewed 12297 times
    Unable to start DB engine, need to setup DB engine.
    Provider=Microsoft.DB.OLEDB.12.0
    • NOTE: Our installation checks for and installs 64bit Microsoft.DB ONLY IF you don't have OFFICE installed...
      • 'If your system has 32 BIT Office is installed, please update to 64bit Office.
        Microsoft will NOT allow 32 and 64 access database engines to exist on a system so please consider updating your office to 64bit
