ARAS 360 Collide Can Not Be Used After May 20, 2014

Post by MSI » Fri Jun 13, 2014 10:37 am

June 2014: In November 2012 McHenry Software obtained an Injunction in the United States District Court against ARAS 360 to stop the sales, use and distribution of McHenry Software property by ARAS 360.
    • ARAS 360 sold a product called 'Collide' which was our McHenry Software msmac3D property.
    • Throughout 2013 ARAS 360 improperly continued their use and distribution of McHenry Software property.
    • ARAS 360 was found in Contempt of U.S. Court TWICE by the United States District Court:
In the December 20, 2013 US Federal Court Order, the Honorable United States District Judge Terrence W. Boyle included in addition to the second finding of Contempt of U.S. Court by ARAS 360 that:
  • “Defendant has stopped its practice of resetting license keys and has informed all of its customers that it will supply them with an ARAS product that does not contain the Collide software.
Within five months, no ARAS customer will be using Collide”.
By Order of Honorable United States District Judge Terrence W. Boyle there should be NO MORE USE OF ARAS 360 Collide anywhere in the world anytime after May 20, 2014.
Please notify McHenry Software at collide@mchenrysoftware.com if you know of or encounter anyone using the ARAS 360 Collide program after May 20, 2014 so McHenry Software can report it to Honorable United States District Judge Terrence W. Boyle.
Thank you.
