April 2013: In response to your email requests we have posted up our 1998 reconstruction of the 1997 Princess Diana collision:
  • In 1998 we were hired by CBS News and the program 48 Hours to reconstruct the Princess Diana collision. For details see our archived copy of the Recreating the Crash portion of Princess Diana: Fatal Decisions
Here is the complete video of our interview and crash reconstruction: (8 mins long)

Realized we hadn't updated this link to include a summary of our findings in response to a couple of books which have recently come out NOW 20 years later!

But before, Here is something I said 20+ years ago in an interview with NBC: Princess Diana: Fatal Decisions in response to a question on the The Perils Of Eyewitness Accounts:
  • "They've had tests where they take 20 people out and run a crash test, and they ask them a question and they offer you different things. Eyewitnesses -- especially in something this high profile. [In this case], most of the witnesses did not know who was in the collision. They all left. Then they say, 'oh there was a crash and I saw it'. Now, is what they think they saw what they saw, or is it a combination of what they saw and what they saw on TV and heard about, and things like that? The only thing that we can work with is just the physical evidence. And that's what we worked with -- just the tire marks, the damage to the vehicle, and the position of rest of the vehicle from the point of impact, and of course the terrain it ran over."
AND HERE OUR TAKE ON THESE RECENT PUBLICITY STUNTS:
  • It is OBVIOUS that waiting 20 years like these recent folks have done to write their books and tell their tall tales is merely vanity publishing hoping to make some money.
Let Princess Diana Rest in Peace. It was a tragedy. No conspiracy.

Here is a link to the recent information which also contains our summary of our findings and what is WRONG with these silly new books:
