NHTSA website update has new 'tough guy' pic of LaHood

April 28, 2010: Recently NHTSA updated their website. And part of it is to add a menacing(?) picture of LaHood to their banner pages. I guess he's meant to look tough as they announce the civil penalty in the Toyota mess. Be sure to see our take on the whole hyped up Toyota mess and NHTSA fumbling with the details and scaring the public.
