What is INCR?

The INCR referred to in the link is the International Network of Collision Reconstructionists.
I am a member and contributor to INCR.
INCR is a newsgroup Dec 2019: NOW ON Groups.IO

    • This is a by-invitation-only network of crash/accident reconstructionists. Prospective members must be nominated by a current member. Our aims are to:

      + Share court decisions and laws,

Yahoo changed the address to INCR
it is now
NOW (DEC 2019)

i have corrected it in prior thread

Yahoo decided to end hosting groups so INCR has moved to Groups.IO
check it out!
