PHASE4 Equivalent 5th wheel properties

Back in 1986 when we wrote smac-87 and included a comparison of smac2D to PHASE4 we also ran a simulation using a snag between a tractor and trailer to mimic how Phase4 simulates a 5th wheel connection.
PHASE4 uses a critically damped spring to make 5th wheel connections. Here are some 1986 notes on calculations to mimic the PHASE4 inputs for msmac snag option:
