Letterhead / Logo, Select Letterhead File
These controls allow you to use any RTF file as your letterhead on any report. This letterhead file can be created in any RTF-capable word processor, such as Word, Wordpad, Textpad, etc. You can include any graphics (corporate logo etc ) you like, any font and color selections, etc. Save that file with whatever name you prefer in your Medit32 folder ( typically c:\Msoft ) in RTF format.
You can have as many RTF ‘letterhead’ files as you like ( and use them one at a time, switching between them as desired ). For instance, you may want a ‘basic’ one with your plain letterhead, and then some others that include various boilerplate text in addition to your letterhead, etc.
Try to keep the RTF files reasonably small - <100 KB if possible, by not using excessively large or hi-res graphics. Larger files will work, but will be noticeably slower.
