The NHTSA provides databases which contain Crash Test information and Vehicle Parameter information. You can order the databases direct from NHTSA for a nominal fee ($36 each). Transport Canada also has a free vehicle specifications database with DOS based browser available. These databases are provided with a Windows browser in the McHenry Software, Inc. m-edit environment.
