Orders will be shipped on a first come/first serve basis. Please include e-mail address and/or fax number with orders and we will confirm receipt of order. Orders are normally shipped on the same day as order via 2nd day air. (If received by 3 PM EST M-F).

RETURN POLICY: Installation and/or use of our software is subject to the McHenry Software License Agreement and Limited Warranty. Upon request we can fax a copy of the License Agreement for your review and approval prior to shipment of the order. Note that once an item is shipped, a shipping and handling fee of $100. will apply for any canceled or returned orders.
