Use Help->About for your License Information

IMPORTANT NOTE: To determine your license serial number/name
OR
IF you are at a company with multiple license, such that some have the suffix -B, -C, etc
Please be sure to check the license on your computer before resetting your license.
a simply way to check is to start medit3D, use Help menu and select Help->About
it will display the licensee name, and serial number and whether your serial number as a suffix.
(and note your version should be 2.50.1 or higher since current version 2.50 and 2.51 soon to be released!)

simply select the About Button:
