Steering characteristics

Hi everyone!
Is there a possibility to judge the under/over steer characteristics of a vehicle only with the Longitudinal force vs. Slip, Lateral force vs. Slip angle and SAT vs. Slip angle curves of a tire.
I am not interested in the vehicle parameters that influences this characteristic.
