We are moving all topics to the General feed to remove REGISTRANT ONLY topics
we are tired of dealing with registration! (hundreds of FAKE registrations a DAY!! don't folks and bots have better things to do?)
For 2020 all Reconstruction topics are OPEN (except Licensee topics!)
