Windshield Resistance?
Low speed underride event where a wide metal tow arm scraped the hood of the vehicle behind and embedded instelf within the lower part of the windshield. I can quantify the body panel scraping but I am looking for the contributary resistance from the windshield. Vehicle did not move.
