Aug 16: Added ability to show the X,Y and resultant Acceleration displays quickly with no need for input file, etc
simple dialog choice which is remembered on subsequent runs from the project.

simple dialog choice which is remembered on subsequent runs from the project.
To create:
- Run your crash simulation
- Next Run the 2D Animation from 3D graphics (you can also do this from the GRID):
- From 3D graphics menu select the GRID grid:
- From the dropdown list, select the 2D Animation (lower icon)
- Once Graphics loaded, right click, to bring up the popup display:
- And then select the Tabular Setup icon (circled)
- From this dialog select the Acceleration display (circled areas)
- and if you want X,Y components (or simply resultant)
- then run the animation to see the vectors
- Vehicle 2 applies 20% braking.
- See the acceleration display on right in the video.
- Note: This was assembled with Camtasia (from 2 video displays of the simulations in 3D and 2D wit the vector display)
- Note: we expect to add this accel vector display to the 3D graphics in late 2021.

- Download the project
- From McHenry3D graphics use the File Restore Option (this links to the explanation in a video)
to restore the project - Project contains 3 files:
- 1st file is a simple crash between vehicles,
- use scale of 1.0 for impact acceleration
- the 2nd and 3rd files are demonstrations of paths of vehicles with and without braking
- use scale of 20 for these since all accelerations < 1 G since no collision
- path follower
- ignore collision option
- change output time increment (the one with a collision) drop output to 0.001 sec during collision
- 1st file is a simple crash between vehicles,
