HOWTO maximize lost windows

Working with multiple screen configurations you might encounter the situation where you start up a program (like QuickBooks?!) and it's lost and you can access it
(this happens to use after using ultra-wide external screen HDMI to notebook and then later working simply on the notebook)
startup Quicken (or other programs) and it's nowhere to be found and NO option to maxommize etc
(it's over at a location off the screen view!)
No worries!
Simply press the SHIFT key and then right click on the icon to bring up menu (see below) and voila!
you can maximize and then access the program!
