#TextNeck issues based on angle you stare at your phone!

At 60 degree of inclination, the spine has to bear a #weight of approximately 27kg.
It is equivalent to carrying a 8 year old around the neck. T
his causes muscles, ligaments and tendons to bear unnecessary #pressure resulting in neck #pain.
This can further affects the joints and disc.
Main #symptoms of text neck are:- Stiff neck, muscular weakness, spinal, disc compression….
