Quick Search for Specific Directories in Windows

Searching for file using a text string will generally bring up all files with that string in them
BUT
what if you want to find ONLY directories with ONLY that text string?
simple!
For example, in Windows Explorer to search for all directories named msmac3D, put in
name:=msmac3D
that will find ONLY directories named msmac3D
Obviously change msmac3D to whatever string you are looking for
