Addition notes on the upcoming
msmac3D Ver2.50 update:
- Steering/Braking Table type >1 - The default input for msmac is to have the table type set to 2 (field 6 of the table header) which is the Detect Contact option. See also input tables instructions.
NOTE: ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION TO FOLLOW:
- You can also set the value to any value larger than 1 and the Detect Contact option will be in effect. The enhancement is that you can have as many Pre-impact and post-impact steer/braking/acceleration inputs and and the program will automatically detect collision contact and ramp the current values at contact to the 'post-impact values' (whatever number you set, default is 2) automatically.
It is in the software and additional documentation and examples will be included in the update.
