Can the Vehicle Display be Turned Off so Only Outline and Wheels?

Q: Is there a way to turn-off the 3D-vehicle models on the project, so that I can have only the 2D-vehicle model with wheels.

A: You can run the 2D static graphics or 2D simulation[/url]

• On top menu click the grid menu and then select

You can also set the ground as FLAT

• Click on a ground and menu pops up to right, select display as flat view

However looking at your question it appears you may mean to display a simple rectangle (or polygon outline) with the wheels
Like the old smac display but with the 3D graphics ground, etc underneath??

I will check with my graphics guru as it probably is an easy mod

We do have a draw models as wireframe

• Click Gear on top menu in 3D graphics

but models have LOTS of lines

A: Like pc-crash does!!
I sent along to my graphics programmer and i hope/expect a simple easy option.
We also have an option to turn off the 3D model and/or show nodes and/or turn off tires

• click on the vehicle and select options for menu to side (see circled areas)

Hopefully just adding an option to turn off 3D graphics model of vehicles and display only the outline and tires
Should know sometimes soon and will post up timeframe etc

We expect to post up msmac3D ver 4.3 in next week!
Update include shadows, optional vehicle outline (per user request), CSV import of steer and braking (from EDR file, etc.)
