Recently on a couple of occasions we have found that Turbo Squid has good 3D models

• They charge $120 or so a model so we can't provide for free

However,

• It's another source if you need a model not available in 3D CAD Browser

You can easily convert to our format for 3D Models

OR

• if you'd like us to convert simply get the model in OBJ format and send

OR

we can get it but will have to charge whatever they charge

Had a request on tech support for where to find models
and we recommended Turbo Squid
however
Note:

• We convert any model from 3D CAD browser for free since they only charge us ~$10 a model,
  • whereas Turbo Squid is $50-$400 or so
  • NOTE: On some models we can’t convert because they simply paste texture images on a generic model
    • If a model is only <$50 it’s probably one of those types
      generally models $100+ are 'true' models where you can grab windows and wheels to make separate layers

We prefer OBJ format
